Our philosophy is simple: The fishing trip should be as the customer wants it!
We have an open communication and try to solve any problems directly and as quickly as possible for our guests. Even if the problem was not caused by us. Of course sometimes something goes wrong during, before or after the fishing trip. But we try to solve the problems as well and as quickly as possible in consultation with the guest. Luckily we do not have to deal with this very often.
We have an open, honest and personal communication which is very much appreciated by our guests. After all, we are only people and we do our utmost to help our guests as much as possible.
